About the Project
This Arch Cape home sits above its own private beach, and our clients wanted to see as much of it as possible. Our remodel reworked the full interior and part of the exterior around that goal, giving the home an unconventional shape that angles toward the widest possible view of the beach and the ocean beyond.
The remodeled home is also oriented for the sun. West-facing windows frame the view while bringing in natural light and warmth through the day, applying passive design principles to a coastal remodel.
