Our team includes our Lead Architectural Designer and CEO of the company Jackie Ryser.

She graduated from the University of Utah College of Architecture and Planning with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Ecology and Sustainable Design.

She also obtained an associate degree in architectural design, and a double minor in Architectural Studies and Dark Skies Studies.

Her passion for our planet and Sustainable Design makes New Ryse Sustainable Design the company it is today.

Our GeoMapping Manager and owner of Sky Eye Drones LLC Jack Ryser provides mapping and modeling to assist in building your perfect home.

Aerial mapping and modeling allows your architect to plan out your home exactly how you want it.

Sky Eye will shoot potentially hundreds of photos from the sky, stitch them together with very advanced technology, and provide a completed Ortho mosaic map for use in your home design.

This mapping is used to ensure the topography is appropriate, and the placement of your home takes advantage of the special nuances of your unique lot.

This method of mapping helps the architect determine Passive Home requirements such as building orientation.
