What the New Ryse app does

Look up your lot anywhere in the U.S. Search by address, parcel number or map location, and see your property lines, zoning and setbacks.

Place your home on the land. See where your home fits, how it faces the sun, how the slope affects it, and where utilities and driveways can go.

Build your permit set. Get site plans, sheets and checklists prepared for your county's requirements.

Design with sustainability in mind. Climate-based guidance for energy-efficient, healthy homes.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work in my state?Yes. The app works in all 50 states. Some areas have more detailed public data than others, and the app tells you when something needs to be confirmed with your local building department.

Is it a replacement for an architect or engineer? No. It prepares your drawings and checks. Your building department and any required engineers or surveyors still make the final calls.
